At the heart of Monarchist Action is a dedicated leadership team committed to upholding tradition, driving strategic growth, and fostering unity among monarchist movements worldwide. Their collective expertise spans governance, history, diplomacy, and operational excellence, ensuring MonAct remains a vibrant and effective organization.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors charts MonAct’s course, sets policy, and holds ultimate responsibility for legal and financial stewardship.

• Jesse Monek, Managing Director
  Hailing from New Jersey, Jesse brings visionary leadership and legal oversight to Monarchist Action. He spearheads high-level strategy, forges international partnerships, and safeguards the organization’s integrity.
  
  

• Luke Woulahan, Deputy Managing Director
  Stationed in Ireland, Luke translates vision into action by overseeing daily operations, coordinating regional branches, and driving membership growth. His hands-on approach keeps MonAct agile and responsive.
  
  

• Christian & Máté, Vice-Chairmen
  Acting as the Board’s strategic advisors, Christian (an organizational governance specialist) and Máté (a historian and soldier) collaborate to refine policy, mediate disputes, and reinforce MonAct’s mission at every turn.
  
  

Supreme Council

The Supreme Council is MonAct’s primary deliberative assembly. Its members—elected regional delegates—shape global policy, vote on initiatives, and bring grassroots perspectives to the table.

Observers Council

The Observers Council welcomes allied organizations that support our mission without full membership. Observers attend meetings, share expertise, and collaborate on special projects, enriching MonAct’s work with fresh insights.

Core Bureaus

Three specialized bureaus power our day-to-day functions. Each bureau is charged with a critical pillar of MonAct operations:

1. Internal Operations
   Handles finance, records, event planning, and administrative coordination, keeping MonAct running smoothly behind the scenes.
   
   

2. Operational Security
   Protects our digital and physical spaces through moderation, community-standards enforcement, and cybersecurity audits. A transparent appeals process ensures fairness for all members.
   
   

3. Public Relations
   Shapes MonAct’s public voice via media outreach, fundraising efforts, and social-media engagement to amplify our cause and attract new supporters.
